FOUNDED IN 2018

In 2018 a few consultants organized a meeting to discuss the challenges and rewards of the renovation lending industry. ARC, the Association of Renovation Consultants was formed after these meetings.

We're Committed To Raising The Standards of 203K Consultants Across The Country

Provide the knowledge, experience, and quality of 203k Consultants around the country.

Assist lenders and investors in securing ARC-certified renovation consultants, especially in hard-to-find areas.

To influence and input regulatory agencies for renovation loans: HUD, Fannie Mae, Bankers Association.

EXPERIENCED MEMBERS

ARC will help you organize an action plan which includes a feasibility report to determine your budget for necessary repairs as well as desired items. Many buyers find they already have equity in their new home after renovations are completed.

Our members commit to starting and finishing their reports in a timely manner. No shortcuts are used and all reports are up to date and relevant.
